[BUG] Brighter Emissive Setting does not work

Describe the issue
The brighter emissive rendering setting still applies shading to textures

- Minecraft version: 1.21.8
- ModLoader: Fabric
- ETF Version: 7.0.2
- Does the issue persist with only ETF installed: Yes
