Not an issue (or related to Quark)

Environmental changes farm animal spawns to be biome based
Pigs spawn in Forests & Swamps
Cows and Sheep in Plains + Savannas
Chicken in Forests, Taigas, and Jungles

This feature can be disabled given their respective tags
