[Suggestion]: Make Pinecone Golems configurable (whether they can be built or not)

Pinecone Golems are able to plant Saplings, which is a cool mechanic but has also been thought of before, meaning there is some overlap with other modded mobs (for example, Ecologics' Squirrel).
Some modpack devs may even find Pinecone Golems unbalanced, as they might gate tree farms and machines that can place Saplings to later levels of progression (yeah ik this is unlikely but it's a possibility)
It'd be nice if the functionality to build, and therefore spawn, a Pinecone Golem was toggleable so you could disable it if you wanted to use a different mechanic.
