Are you using shaders? 'Cause it looks like it. I know this is an existing issue when I use Complementary Unbound shaders, so I disabled the cold overlay. I doubt the mod author could fix this since it's a shaders-related issue.

i was using shaders, solas shaders! i think that mite be the issue, cuz when i turn off the shaders the bug fixes its self, but non of my other ui have this bug.

I would say, just turn off the cold overlay in the config options of EnvironmentZ.
