Description of your suggestion.

I am currently living in a snow biome mountain and it's really annoying to have the cold overlay even if I am in a building full of campfires and other heat sources, I suggest making it so while being heated you should not get the cold overlay, especially after you have reached a "normal" temperature and are still in range of heat sources (and inside a building especially).
