I can't find the config file.v

Hello, I'm having trouble looking for the config file for Epic Fight Mod, the version I am using is 1.14.4 and I have checked the config file and even re-added the mod.
The other mods I have added:
AppleSkin
Create
Gravestone
Mutant Beasts
Mowzies Mobs
Hwyla(Here's what you're looking at)
jei(Just enough Items)
Spartan weaponry
TravelersBackpack
Pams Harvest Craft 2
It was added at 1.16.4 first, and now I'm just experimenting with 1.12.2. 1.14.4 will be updated later so please wait till then :)
