Zero stamina issue?

What happened?

First of I should mention this is on a server and not singleplayer.

The issue is upon reconnecting you're unable to attack just like you have too much weight or no stamina left, and whenever I roll you see the stamina bar instantly drain to 0 (I've modified it so I can roll 8 times without any weight equipped) I get a lot of the same errors or warnings in the console every time I attempt to attack which I will show under here:

Unsure of what causes this since it seems to fix itself upon respawning but that conflicts a little with what I'm doing.
