Let's say we have a dagger, every time we deal damage with its skill it will do more and more damage, for example it will be able to kill a boss with 10,000XP within a few series of hits...

The thing is, you can't spam eviscerate in survival, so it's really hard for it to come to that

If multiple players are doing this it can be done very easily, especially if used with some mods it opens up even more incredible multi-hit kill opportunities.
