What happened?

The skill books for Revelation and Meteor Slam are unobtainable in survival mode. Neither of them are dropped by any mobs, nor do they appear in any chest loot tables. They don't drop from the ender dragon either, as the ender dragon only drops the Demolition Leap skill book.
