What happened?

When I get Phantom Ascent skill that allow me to do double jump. I tried using it while i'm on 3rd person perspective using Shoulder Surfing Reloaded Mod. While I did the 2nd jump, while in mid-air, it stiffed my camera or mouse movement as I cannot looking or rotate my camera in any direction until my character did landing.
