What happened?

With Cromta's mod installed, all weapons vanilla and those added by the mod cannot charge their weapon skills when attacking, the skills can be used in creative mod but attacking provides no charge in survival

Well I need that mod to be open-sourced or at least the developer of the mod to give me an insight into this issue. Please open any issue tracker in there too.
