So i got an idea, it might be dumb, but what if to make it work with Custom Player Models mod you increasee the Grid/pixel size it loads a steve/skin/deafult model from 64 pixels which is default to 256pixels X 256pixels with the skin in top left corner, which is the maximum grid/pixels size from CPM models/skins, i think it would load the skin on the animation corectly? and make it an option patch?

I got the idea when i was trying out models in CPM and got the grid wrong in default 64 pixels size, the skin looked exact bug-ish same as it looked when loaded with epic fight so i got the idea about the pixel/grid size

i tried to do it myself but i don't know where epic fight loads the skin to anims
