What's your suggestion?

/gamerule death_knock_out_players (Replaces Death with knocking out, the player falls on the ground without disappearing. (the player stands up after pressing "Respawn"))

/gamerule death_knock_put_mobs (Similar to the above but for mobs(and the mobs will resume the "DeathTime" NBT after 10 minutes and when it reaches 20, the mob will disappear like normal). It is separate from the above so the server operator can set them individually.)

/knockout <player/EFM-supporting mob>(who to knock out, if omitted, will select the default player) <true|false (boolean)>(optional, default: true. if the player can perform a get-up roll) <time (in ticks)>(optional, if omitted, will K.O them like normal damage/knockback)

Changes to /kill. If the gamerule death_knock_out is enabled for that entity category(player, mob, other, etc.), it would knock them out instead.
