The issues my friends and I are having are server related. When I set Epic Fight's stiff combat setting in the server config to "false " it doesn't disable the function on our server. If I change the setting on my client it works in single player.
I have no other mods installed. I am playing on version 20.9.1.

By your update frequency I can tell you are currently working some things out with the mod, so I just want to make sure you're aware of any potential breaks or problems while everything is fresh in your mind.

PS. I could not check the discord due to issues beyond my control, so I apologize if this is a known issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to play EF on a multiplayer server. Change the server's stiff combat config option to false.
Stiff combat should still be enables despite the change.

Issue somehow fixed itself? I reset my entire server, reinstalled forge for 1.20.1 on it, put all my mods back in it, (with the plan of just playing with stiff combat), and now it works.

Maybe my servers forge was out of date? May a single mod I left out fixed the issue? I don't know, but I'm happy lol;
