Mod not working on 1.16

The mod doesn't seem to be working on my forge loader...
Should I update my forge or is this a different problem?

Downloaded the latest version of forge on 1.16.5, still no luck. Help plz

I think some of the textures are incorrect, but I'm not sure how to fix that
