Is it possible to move the new weapon from 1.16.5 to 1.12.2?

For example, can TACHI, KNUCKLE, LONGSWORD, DAGGER be moved to version 1.12.2?

Some functions are not supported in the 1.12.2 library. So I do not prefer developing in 1.12.2.
