I captured this screenshot in 5.1.0. But I didn't change any code regarding the iron golem. Could you tell me if this problem still happens?

yes the bug is still happening even on the latest version , plus shield animations are not working on the left hand slot

And I'm knowing about the second bug. It will be fixed in next update.

well , when the iron golem receives enough damage , the cracks appear , but it only appears above the model which is weird

No, I want to the information about your environment. Since this bug doesn't occur when Epicfight is only installed, please let me know information about things that you've installed instead of Epicfight.
