Ani item in hand in the newer version to me when in combat mode are frozen in my hand, doesen't move with player swing

This ocurred only in the last 2 versions, but the third the character was sitting when idle

Same problem. Found out it conflicted with Wizard Staff mod.

Sorry for late reply, Wizard Staff mod uses its independent method to render the holding item, and It causes the visual issue with Epic Fight. I don't have a right to change the Wizard Staff mod's code so if the author of the Wizard Staff doesn't want to make changes, You should remove one among two mods.
