First of all, sorry, my english is bad, i hope you can understands everything. Thanks.

So, i noticed that every hostile mob from vanilla takes damage(knockback) from weapons with a different kind of animation, less knockback and isnt becoming red anymore.
-> So, here is the problem, the "special skill" from daggers cant works with peacefull mobs and modded hostile ones, because they take "damage(knockback)" with the vanilla "system", taking a big knockback and becoming red, so, the second and most important hit just misses because the mob is to distant after the first.

->yeah, probably this is hard to solve because i think only the mobs you have changed can be damaged like i said, but there isnt a way to implement a "generic animation" to every mob (even modded ones) only related to when they take damage? So you can maintain the original IA from the desireds mobs, only changing the "aspect of taking damage".
-> a second solution is to reduces the knockback from the daggers to ZERO, at least the first hit from the special atack.

Maybe making the knockback 0 wouldn't totally stop the entity but it has worth to try. Thanks.
