Combat System stops working

I'm testing the mod for a modded server and everything works fine except for a thing. Whenever I leave the server and I join back, the combat system stops working and does not atack for some reason. If I kill myself using /kill , it goes normal again. Is there any way of fixing this without having to kill myself every time that I want to use this mod?
