You can attack mobs with the lance while unmounted

Steps to Reproduce
- Line up your cursor close to the mobs hitbox, but not over it
- Click to attack
- Quickly flick your cursor over the mob
Expected Behavior
You shouldn't be able to hit the mob while unmounted
Actual Behavior
If you're fast you can flick and still deal damage

1.20.1-forge-47.1.43

No error, just incorrect behavior
Additional Comments
If you execute this bug while you have BetterCombat installed you usually get stuck looping your attack animation until you press the mouse button again.
