Mod name: Extract posion

Extracting poison is cool, but I would like being able to automate it, and a dispenser using a glass bottle seems the perfect way.
A glass bottle used by a dispenser, thematically speaking, should be the same as a player. It would pair especially well with automation-based play styles, and 1.12.2 modding ecosystem, as, apart from AFK-ing, it doesn't currently seem automatable
