Currently it seems like I can only use /warp on myself, and there is no option to specify another player. It would be great if people with the proper permissions (like staff) could warp other players to a location as well.

This can already be done with a simple TP command of course, but a familiar warp name allows staff to not have to memorize coordinates. So then it would be something like "/warp tp Steve The-Hub" instead of "/tp Steve 1242 98 -281".

For my case, I wanted to use this feature to jail rulebreakers on my server. If they break the rules staff can warp them to a jail cell, and I imagine it would be useful for a variety of other applications as well.
