Use simplified Chinese characters in the configuration file EssentialCommands.properties, this mod will read in ansi encoding (gbk).
Usually modern text editors use utf8 to read by default, which makes the edited configuration file saved, which will cause garbled characters to be displayed in the game and confuse users. Modern practices should force the use of global utf8 regardless of the language.
