Possible new commands/permissions:

• /r and /reply (reply to last msg)
• /repair: essentialcommands.repair (repair inhand tool)
• /invsee: essentialcommands.invsee (see or edit other players inventories)
• essentialcommands.invsee.protected (protect player's inventory from being opened)
• essentialcommands.nohunger (player doesn't get hungry)

The Inv view mod should fulfill all your invsee needs
Command is just /view inv <player>
This could be redirected using Command Aliases

Personally I feel the nohunger permission better fits VanillaPermissions, don't know how JP or Drex think about this though
