Home limit not updating

Edited the config with both of the samples and nothing happens after a reload and server reboot
fabric 1.20.1
Can you provide your config/EssentialCommands.properties? (a logs/latest.log on https://mclo.gs might also help)
What permissions mod are you using, if any?
