[1.14.4-2.3.0] requires minecraft 1.14.3

Pretty much as the title says. I just installed essentials-1.14.4-2.3.0.jar and it's telling me it wants minecraft 1.14.3 while I am on 1.14.4

The file on curse has been changed to fix this- the wrong file was uploaded by mistake, sorry
