Minecraft v1.14.4

Transport Chute, Brazier, Hopper Filter, and hoppers currently cannot be waterlogged.

Vanilla hoppers can't be waterlogged, so I see no reason to add waterlogging to sorting hoppers or speed hoppers.
For all other Essentials blocks, however, the suggestion is valid.
