Suggestion
Circuit wrenches should be able to rotate circuits in-world by shift-right-clicking.

Current Behavior [Optional]
The only way to rotate circuits is with a normal wrench.

Justification
QoL change- it feels clunky to use two different wrenches for circuits, when one of the wrenches is literally called a 'circuit wrench'.
