Another thing I noticed
any Haste spell grants haste 3

I used celeritas, which should me haste 1

UPDATE: I noticed that the spell doesn't recognize the two first levels. I consumes the lv3's 30 levels (even though I have only 10).

Upon chanting celeritas, you are given the level 3 spell, even if celeritas is the spell's first level
