The chest feature is on, but is not rendered, even after rejoining

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install mod
2. Set chest feature to on
3. Get girl power effect
4. The chest is not rendered

Minecraft Information
Game version: 1.20.1
Mod loader: Forge 47.3.12
Mod version: 4.3.0+1.20.1-forge

Expected behavior
The chest feature is rendered and works as normal
