Estrogen cosmetics do not sync with other players

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable a cosmetic from the estrogen menu while playing multiplayer
2. Be unable to see it from other clients

Expected behavior
The cosmetics should appear for everyone in the game
