[BUG] some incompatibility with All The Fabric 5

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- install ATLauncher (this probably repro's on other launchers)
- install All The Fabric 5
- export and import All The Fabric 5 because it has the ability to add mods with ATLauncher's ui disabled
- click "add mods" on the re-imported All The Fabric 5 and add C:E
4.3.3b+1.20.1 Fabric(the default)
- Launch re-imported All The Fabric 5, open a creative world, eat an E pill.
- Observe that the Girl Power effect is in fact present
- Press X. nothing happens
Expected behavior
at step 7 the player should dash

- a quick grep didn't reveal anything horribly obvious
Additional context
- ATLauncher export which repro's the problem: All The Fabric 5 (CE bug) v5.11.0.zip
- currently bisecting the mod list with a hatchet
well i bisected the mod list until it was this
and the dash still doesn't work.
