This is a mod incompatibility. If I do this in vanilla Forge with only Et Futurum Requiem installed, it works normally.
Version number of Et-Futurum-Requiem (IMPORTANT)
Et_Futurum_Requiem-2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-e291a52+nomixin.jar
Describe the issue (IMPORTANT)
If you start the server with et futurum and minetweaker the game will crash.
This doesn't happen if you run them together on the client
Also the server starts with one of them without problems, crashes only when used together

I presume it closed it without you wanting to close it? There might be one of those secret keybinds that ends up doing that and you hit that by accident.
I wonder if Ctrl+Enter does it. tries exactly that now
Nope that did not do it, that just posted it.
This Crash is literally using MineTweaker Serverside and completely unrelated to Et Futurum at all whatsoever.
If you are sure about that you may close this issue then. A large server runs CT and EFR side-by-side so I am tempted to say that it might be MineTweaker's fault too, I once again encourage trying CraftTweaker instead (it is essentially more up to date)
I used the latest version of crafttweaker on curseforge (3.1.0) and also its fork from gtnh (3.2.12), I don't know why minetweaker is written in the log
and also:
UCHIJAE MineTweaker3{3.1.0} [MineTweaker 3] (CraftTweaker-1.7.10-3.1.0-legacy.jar)

This crash doesn't happen with a single crafttweaker on the server, only using crafttweaker + et futurum will crash, so it's probably not ct problem.
The issue is EFR references NEI in its CraftTweaker integration, obviously that shouldn't be done on servers.

This line was added 3 weeks ago, so if the server uses an earlier version, that would explain why it doesn't crash.

Nope, I am on mobile so I don't know. Sometimes it just has done this out of the blue for seemingly no reason.
Have same issue after update. Using latest version from git master branch
