This is a mod incompatibility. If I do this in vanilla Forge with only Et Futurum Requiem installed, it works normally.

Maybe it’s a problem with the Uranium (Modified version of thermos)

I have successfully started a freshly made server on 1.7.10, there is probably some config change. Are you sure you didn't change any options?

Modified Bukkit/Spigot+Forge servers are not supported, sorry.
This is due to making invasive changes that break multiple things and being naturally incompatible with mixins due to being base class edits instead of any proper form of ASM or Mixins.

Because version 2.4.0 can be used normally, this problem occurs starting from 2.4.2
Likely an issue with uranium; Someone reported a different issue with 2.5.1 and their server started but they were also using Crucible. While unsupported, I think Crucible is the best choice, thank you Wyatt for the reminder.
