titles of audio retrieved from bandcamp does not display apostrophes correctly

What version are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the issue
1. create a new etched music disc using a bandcamp track with an apostrophe (personally i used https://dmdokuro.bandcamp.com/track/sirens-call-seafoam-mix-2)
2. check the name of the track on the etched music disc, it is broken (for example, the above track displays as "Siren's Call (Seafoam Mix)")this also does not happen with soundcloud tracks from my testing, only with bandcamp ones
