Radio block seemingly incompatible with TuneIn Radio stations

What version are you seeing the problem on?
1.18.2
Describe the issue
1. Open TuneIn Radio to any station in your browser (in this example I used WDRE 100.5 FM The Drive Binghamton NY https://tunein.com/radio/The-Drive-1005-s27801/ )
2. Use Inspect Element to find the source of the station's media ( https://ice24.securenetsystems.net/WDRE?playSessionID=37C97007-DFD2-26E8-E19981071C2AD417 )
3. Place and open a Radio or Portal Radio
4. Insert link
5. Radio says "Now Playing Failed to download station" presumably since the internet radio station uses a video format (wemb?) instead of audio format.latest.log

Forge server logs won't have any info on why it's failing, need a client log.
but the server crashed at the time? also, i have no client logs of that session anymore, but i'll make some new ones real quick.
