Volume issues wtih Boombox (and lack of control)

What version are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the issue

  1. Play any track from a boombox
  2. Repeat with a regular one in the world
  3. Notice that it's drastically louder when its plays from your inventory

The issue here is that there's no way to control how loud it comes from the client when playing/receiving music from a Boombox without having to sacrifice some setting.

A solution to this would be to add its own slider setting to allow the client to have the ability to adjust the loudness from the boombox or at the least some way to reduce the sound. This is more relevant to headphone users.
