I know that Eternal Starlight currently doesn't have any compatibility with any claim mods (or claim to have any compatibility with claim mods) so this issue will probably have to double as a suggestion for adding compatibility with claim mods in the first place.

The Laser Beam spell (and possibly others) can currently break blocks inside claims, which has possibly disastrous consequences for public Minecraft servers running Eternal Starlight.
