Ship does not assemble—Too many physics frames

I’m using the fabric 1.18.2 version.
So I tried this mod with basically no other mods (not even sodium/iris), and it worked great.
But when I put it into a bigger mod pack (with sodium/iris) and try and assemble a ship, every physics related thing just freezes, and the assemble doesn’t appear to do anything because it’s all frozen.
I’m using ATlauncher, so in the log I can see that it starts slowly and infinitely spamming “Too many physics frames in the physics queue. Is the game stage broken?”
I may have to post the mod list, but can this even be fixed by me?
I’m using a Mac, so if you have any computer related advice (not stuff related to ATlauncher) it’d be nice if you could translate it into a Mac equivalent if you can. But for those who do use windows, I think it’d be good to also show the windows advice, as I have a feeling this is a more general issue for both Mac and windows users.
Log & Modlist:
What would the entire log mean for you? With ATlauncher, I'm getting like the whole log even before the game starts. Log wise, the main thing that points out to me is:
[Physics thread/WARN] Too many physics frames in the physics frame queue. Is the game stage broken?
But I already said that, so you probably want more than that.
Is there a way to quickly create a mod list?
but we dont know what could be causing the game stage to be broken if you dont post the logs
there may be a error or a warning in there that tells them what to fix
just take a screenshot of the mods folder
Okay, but I'll copy it as it's playing the game? Or do you think when it starts loading it?
play the game
try to assemble a ship
watch it fail
close the game
upload the logs
I got the same issue, here's mine
