The adjust hitboxes setting is ON. The ship doesn't interact properly with the waves, it adjusts in height, however, doesn't tilt at all. Additionally, lots of visual clipping and floating, entities on the ship float a set distance above the waves.

This is an issue with base VS2

But there is nothing to be done, the water physics are purely clientside and VS2 devs don't make compatibility code for closed source mods (atleast not on their end)
