Ship anchored in space (1.16.5 server)

I'm having the same problem but in single player as well, the ship assembles and in fact it has an hitbox and Ican't move on it while shifting. When disassembled the ship will move up by one block and then to the side. 1.18.2 works perfectly, only 1.16.5 gives me this issue.
I have installed only the required mods
- valk skies
- eureka
- cloth config
- architectury
- kotlin for forge
they are all the latest most downloaded version for 1.16.5 for forge
Also noticed that if a helm is on the ground, assembling and then breaking it completely removes ALL of the world
and last I noticed that when recreating a world minecraft says that the cloth config mod is incompatible / outdated
I made sure that java is updated and 64 bit
I then tried to change some of the mods versions to use past ones without any result
Seeing that 1.18.2 works just fine I would say that maybe it's a compatibility issue with architectury or cloth config

well, in single player i don't have that problem..... strange....
Align it first and when it is aligned then disassemble
the problem isn't position after disassemble, but fact that ship is flying after assemble...
I had this same problem on 1.18.2 singleplayer, for me the solution was to set the Ship Loading/Unloading Distance to 1024 which seems to have solved the issue for the most part.
I figured it out by looking at the latest log and saw a lot of "MINECRAFTUSERNAME moved while colliding with unloaded ships!" when i walked on a frozen ship, so yeah.
