Issue description

When you assemble a ship that has loot containers not yet generated, that loot is generated and dropped on the ground, but also generated in the containers it was meant to generate in. Usually this happens when a player finds a boat structure added by another mod, for example the Ocean Village from Towns and Towers, and assembles it without first opening all the chests and barrels to generate the loot.

Issue reproduction

Install a mod, for example Towns and Towers, and locate an Ocean Village or other boat structure. Place a ship helm on the structure and assemble it, without opening any of the containers on the structure first. Notice how loot is dropped around the containers, but there is still loot in the containers.
