Issue description

When assembling or disassembling ships that include Create's Copycat Panels, (And presumably Copycat Steps) all panels on the ship drop the block they are set to appear as, causing quite a bit of lag with ships that use a lot of panels. It also remains set to appear as that block, causing item duplication.

Issue reproduction

1. Construct ship that uses Copycat Panels
2. Assign blocks to them
3. Assemble or disassemble ship
