This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods
- I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description
It happened first when I added it into modpack, so I decided for testing to create new clean profile with following:
Fabric 1.20.1 - 0.15.3
Fabric API 0.91.0
Valkyrien skies 2.1.3 Beta 1
Eureka 1.3.0 beta 3
Crash happens right away after opening inventory with crash:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Accidentally adding the same item stack twice [Anchor] to a Creative Mode Tab: Eureka
Issue reproduction
on Curseforge:
- Create new profile with MC version 1.20.1 Fabric 0.15.3
- install Valkyrian skies
- install Eureka
- Launch and create singleplayer, open inventory in creative

Im having the same issue, I thought it was because I added create: interactive though. I decided Create: Interactive over Eureka
