Anchor effect stays permanently if anchor placed next to powered redstone or "on" lever

When placing an anchor down, if it has a powered redstone effect touching it, the anchor effect stays in place permanently. Shutting off the redstone and/or removing the anchor changes nothing.

EDIT: Corrected Minecraft version. That was a typing error.

Tried out the mods and the world. The ship was stuck in place, as described, even unable to turn. Tried to make a similar ship on the same world with the same mods and was unable to reproduce the issue. May be a one off occurrence?
