Currently quite a few odd and unbalanced things can pop balloons, I'm suggesting that that gets changed.

• Have only arrows, tridents, and all types of fireballs be able to pop balloons.
• The tridents would take damage according to how many balloons were popped.
• Arrows would break after popping 1-2 balloons instead of falling straight through your airship, spectral arrows would be able to break more balloons 6-8.
• fireballs would explode instead of popping balloons (if they don't already) meaning that they'd be ineffective underwater

Additionally dropped anvils and dripstone should pop balloons.
