ship moves faster when play is at helm/align selected

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods
- I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description
when you stand at the helm or enable align the ship will go at 3 m/s rather than 2.95m/s with no player or align.

Issue reproduction
- make a ship
- put it in cruise control (to get base speed)
- test speed at and away from helm
- should be higher while at the helm
