Refined Storage Network Receiver bugs out on ships and do not make a connection with the main computer

Issue reproduction

1. Make a refined computer system
2. Make a transmitter and receiver
3. Put the receiver on the ship
4. Use network card to connect the receiver and transmitter
5. See Error
