functional blocks on contraptions don't interact with stuff outside the ship.

The demo shows drills on a ship working, but if you place drills on a contraption on a ship, the drills won't interact with anything outside the ship.
I have no idea how painful that would be to add, or if I was supposed to make this a feature request instead. sorry.
